We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team for a 6 month arrangement! In this role, you will redefine the way we recruit for talent as we move into the next evolution of Poly. In partnership with our business teams, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with our leaders to identify and attract the best talent to the organization. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting talent for Poly!**Your Day to Day**- You will use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire diverse top-of-class talent.- Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of roles..- Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for talent.- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer.**What you bring to the team**- 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience- Proven experience recruiting for both functional and technical customer facing roles in a fast paced, high pressure environment.- Pro-active mind-set in that we are not taking orders, rather leading a process in partnership with hiring managers to win top talent- Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order out ofuncertainty- Marketing mind-set; ability to deliver top of the funnel outside of traditional methods such as postings or sending In-Mails- Drives for results; demonstrated track record meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual hiring targetsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernesEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)
