Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all levels of Recruitment (D-UG) including senior hiring (to be agreed with Global Head of TA/Talent Acquisition Manager) for key positions as well as provide support as needed to vacancies amongst the wider TA function in wider regions as appropriate (Europe, Americas, APAC)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment needs for cross-functional client groups while developing and implementing strategic and direct sourcing strategies
- Develop, manage, measure and communicate industry best practices surrounding Recruitment.
- Partner with Business HR on development of workforce planning to ensure we have visibility of the hiring plan in order to source the best talent internally and externally.
- Implement a core, common and consistent approach to finding key talent for the company that aligns with our overall company Talent Acquisition strategy
- Utilise MI from our ATS and establish and manage a schedule of regular updates with hiring managers to generate progress reports
- Evaluate and maintain all Recruitment channels (internal and external), maintain agency PSL and make recommendations on supplier usage and spend
- Be responsible for project delivery / initiatives as the Global Talent Acquistion CoE develops
- Mentor, guide and assist less experienced recruiters on the team
**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven track record and experience of working in an in-house Recruitment/Talent Acquistion role in a large corporate environment (minimum 3-5 years).
Mix of in-house, external agency experience also considered.
- Experienced at global recruiting (Europe, Americas, APAC) and building rapport with managers at all levels including senior leaders
- Experience using a leading ATS (SAP, Workday, Taleo etc.)
- Ability to think creatively about hiring challenges while responding quickly to changing priorities
- Strong overall stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Comfortable in high volume, in house corporate recruiting environment with proven ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience with any of the following and/or open to recruiting in the areas of: Automotive, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, IT, Engineering, Customer Service, Plant Operations, and others as assigned
