Your Role and Responsibilities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to making job offers, ensuring an efficient and transparent process.
- Previous experience in technology recruiting
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Excel
- Business case presentation
- Experience recruiting in other countries
- Fluent english and spanish.
