The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.**Position Overview****Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**- Partner closely and strategically with hiring managers and functional business leaders to understand hiring needs and design a sourcing strategy.- Drive the recruitment process end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing, and closing.- Post job descriptions in various LinkedIn groups, user groups and niche job boards and continually search for creative ways to find the best talent.- Routes offer letters for approval and follow-up with Tacna team to obtain required signatures.- With your strategic acumen and phenomenal relationship building skills, continually build a pipeline of top talent for future opportunities.- Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve team's ability to meet hiring objectives.- Administer onboarding survey for IDL and DL positions and leverage data to create action planes in collaboration with people leaders and key partners to improve the new hire experience and increase retention.- Possess razor-sharp instincts and know how to measure talent through professional qualitative and quantitative metrics.- Works to establish the Outset brand in the MX and medical device industry in the region.- Establish and cultivate excellent working relationships with internal and external partners.- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, market intelligence, and trends.- Become an expert in, and ambassador for, Outset technology.- Support additional activities, as assigned.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Business strongly preferred or related field or relevant equivalent recruiting experience.- Previous experience recruiting in MX for service/software and manufacturing industry.- 4 years within of full lifecycle corporate recruiting and/or search with firm experience in the MX and US market.- Proven experience and knowledge creating sourcing maps and strategies for comprehensive and focused approach to finding niche talent in engineering, operations, sales, quality, or other directly related manufacturing function
