If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesRequired Technical and Professional Expertise- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to making job offers, ensuring an efficient and transparent process.- Previous experience in technology recruiting- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.- Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Proficiency in Excel- Business case presentation- Experience recruiting in other countries- Fluent english and spanish.About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
