This role will source interview and fill all level positions. Be responsible for managing, leading, and coaching Talent Acquisition (TA) team members. This role will support the enterprise in hiring, onboarding, and managing various TA vendors. The TA Partner Sr will work closely with the Mgr Sr - HR and professionals in other regions to share best practices.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.- Provide day to day management of Talent Acquisition team members; including, conducting performance management, annual reviews and attendance; career coach and development of systems and policies to ensure consistent shared services among all team members.- Source, interview, and refer applicants for all level positions.- Oversee key vendor relationships (executive search boards, and other TA suppliers).- Provide guidance on the recruiting process, reporting and systems to HR Business Partners.- Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives, and systems that directly impact TA strategy and overall business plans for the company.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.- Seven (7) or more years of recruitment or related experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- One (1) or more years of prior executive recruitment experience.- Strong interpersonal skills; experience building successful, productive relationships with senior leadership.- Business acumen to elicit trust and credibility with all levels of the organization.- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Advanced planning, time management, and decision making skills.- Detail oriented.- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a variety of human resource issues with successful outcomes.WORKING CONDITIONS:- Physical Demands: Frequent Sitting, Hearing, Talking, Visual, Typing, Manual Dexterity; Seldom Standing, Walking/Running, Reaching, Driving, Fine Dexterity, Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion.
