What you will do
The Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise is responsible for all hires in Mexico, across all business units and corporate, and at all levels.
The team works as advisors about the internal and external talent labor markets to the business and HR teams.

What we look for?
**Required**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
3 years minimum experience
English - Advanced
Experience in full cycle recruitment process
**Preferred**
Technology aptitude - experience with Taleo (ATS), Avature (CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
