We're looking for a recruiting researcher to identify top talent in this space and coach our hiring managers to make smart recruiting decisions. You will be helping to build teams that are core to the growth, success, and innovation of Netflix.What are we looking for?A sourcing expert with experience partnering with business groups to gain an in-depth understanding and background in hiring top talent. You will partner with business leaders from our Engineering and product, and report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition in Mexico City for Spanish Speaking Countries**You will**:- Research: You'll utilize not just Linkedin but deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to your hiring team.- Partner: You'll work directly with recruiters and hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team's needs. You'll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets.**You are**:- Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice.- Curious and loves going beyond the surface level of a profile; you research market trends and don't rely on just a keyword search to find the niche talent.- Accustomed to multi-tasking, self-prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.- You've hired for niche, high-caliber engineering and/or data science talent; you don't stray away from the challenging roles.- You have at least 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience and continue to challenge yourself to grow by picking up new, innovative sourcing techniques regularly.
