Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2-3 years of experience using online sourcing techniques. - Experience building relationships and consulting with different levels of stakeholders and Hiring Managers. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools. - Ability to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools such as BrassRing. - Strong communication skills. - Experience communicating fluently with various stakeholders. - Curiosity & Growth Mindset. - Used to work in collaboration with a team and stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to change outcome focused. - Experience in Microsoft Office - Time Management and Prioritization skills. - Attention to details. - Ability to work under pressure. - Proactive.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- HR or recruiting experience. - Agile. - Digital Eminence. - Experience with Excel. - Industry and Market Intelligence - Portuguese or French Language (intermediate to advanced level)
