Talent Acquisition Senior Associate

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Working with hiring managers to align business forecast with talent acquisition needs.
- Providing guidance on search strategies to locate and attract niche skills in the IT space.
- Maintains high level of integrity and business ethics.
**Required Experience**:

- 6+ months of experience in a customer facing/sales role where you were responsible for:

- Meeting/exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environment
- Planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- 1+ year(s) of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Desired - Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
