**JOB OVERVIEW****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Coordinate initial screening interviews by phone, video or face-to-face.- Evaluate interview's feedbacks and advise the hiring manager in the final selection process.- Supports recruitment and identification of highly specialized consultants.- Collaborates with the TA Manager, HR Manager, and Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the making of salary offers and market research.- Supports the on-boarding process of each new hire recruited and coordinates the scheduling of orientation and other on-boarding meetings.- Participates in the preparation of a weekly recruiting activities report.- Works with colleagues to prepare a monthly report to monitor recruitment activity.- Tracks own and competitor offers, new positions, recruiting strategies/sources, and costs.- Continually networks and builds contacts in key functional areas to assist in future recruitment activities.- Participates in various projects.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition- Full English proficiency verbal and written- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.- Expert knowledge of local market laws and regulations- Expertise in social media/ Branding/ Marketing is preferable- Expert in recruiting sourcing strategies- Excel advance/Reporting**ABOUT XTENDOPS**XtendOps combines leading-edge cloud-based technologies with a world-class managed workforce solution.
