Together as one team, we are Here to move.What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)Sourcing and evaluating external candidates from different job boards and sources.Reviewing and filtering resumes, conducting first screening interviews.Presenting top talent candidates to the TAS.Arranging interviews between Talent Acquisition Specialist, Candidate, and Hiring Manager based on agreed schedules.Maintaining constant and effective communication with candidates throughout the selection process.Taking care of the candidate experience, new employee experience, internal client experience, and P&O team.Leveraging talent insights from the external market to present clear data, trends, and challenges to TAS and TAM, as well as proposed talent solutions.Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Looking for alternative external talent sources to keep candidate flow.Supporting continuous improvement, thinking outside the box, and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market, and technology for successful sourcing solutions.Applying direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and/or specific candidate pools.Effectively using social media tools to source talent; solid LinkedIn user fortalent mapping identification.Supporting TAC, if needed, by requesting all the documentation needed for new employees, creating all new hire files, following up, and supporting new hires with all kinds of questions, ensuring that they have all the information before their 1st day of labor for DBS Mexico in its different locations.What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)Bachelor's degree.Business English required (B2 or C1).Microsoft Office skills required.Experience in recruitment of at least 6 months to 1 year.Ability to manage different recruitment sources.Detail-oriented and accurate when processing documentation and data.Strong customer service skills.Ability to work in a team.Multi-tasking abilities.Effective communication skills.Problem-solving skills.Open to changes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
