Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator

**Who We Are**:**The Role**:As a Sourcing Coordinator you will provide efficient and flexible support. You will be supporting a new client talent project, responsible for analysing, tracking, and reporting internal hires.**Key Accountabilities**- Fully utilise relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity- Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner- Reporting to the Career Mobility Manager and cooperating with client's senior stakeholders when required- Flex and prioritise workload based on daily administration request volumes- Managing various administration activities to support the effective running of the project**What We Need From You**:**_ Must haves_**- Problem solver, proactive, organised, and resourceful- Client focused with outstanding judgement and strong attention to detail- Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Task orientated- Can-do attitude**_Nice to haves_**- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)- Project management experience- HR experience- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.E. ATS) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
