**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Identify and coordinate innovative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions; - Coordinate the face toface interviews and online psychometric tools, where appropriate, with the hiring managers and co-ordinate the offer management process to successfully hire great talent with the organization; - Support and coach morejunior TA members to be the best they can be in conjunction with stakeholder management at Senior level within the organization; - Manage in-country escalations to Vice President and LT members related to recruitment; - Engage with key in-country stakeholders monthly to review recruitment management information on related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**REQUIRED PROFILE**:- University Degree.
(Further education/training in HR relevant field of study an advantage).- Demonstrate successful case studies within international recruitment delivery (Engineering, Operations and Project Management are distinct advantages).- Ideally a minimum of 4 years as Recruitment Specialist.- Proven ability to present and represent Recruitment Operations at a senior stakeholder level (typically VP level or above).- Experience with project driven organisational environment, with an ability to adhere to and balance principles of cost, quality and time in successfully completing recruitment projects.- Ability to operate effectively within a fast paced and quickly changing environment, while demonstrating a flexible and rigorous attitude and positive approach.- Strong direct sourcing / research experience (specifically utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, Viadeo, Xing, CV databases and Boolean search strings) Indicators.- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (HRBPs, HMs, Business Leaders)- Experience in deploying sourcing strategies across both traditional and innovative channels- Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations in recruitment delivery.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted
