Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Summary of Position****Key Responsibilities**- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.- Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools, developing relationships with university's and out-placement services.- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.- Perform reference checks as needed.- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.- Partner with Human resources to ensure onboarding and new hire process.- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.- Willingness and ability to take on special projects as requested by Director.- And other duties as assigned.**Qualifications & Skills**- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Comfortable making decisions independently.- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.**Core Competencies**- Customer Focus- Values and Integrity- Patience- Personal Learning- Coaching- Making Decisions- Communication- Planning and Organizing- Achieving ResultsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Teléfono de la empresaLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
