**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support for the Global Talent Acquisition organization.
- Ensure HR processes are coordinated and conducted in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
- Support and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
- Maintain and process confidential and personal information.
- Coordinate all new hire requirements with Medical, Security, Employee Benefits, EEO, Payroll, Systems, HR Service Center and hiring departments.
- Ensure hiring processes (recruiting, interviewing and site visit processes) are conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
- Organize all recruiting events including company presentations, career fairs, interviews and dinners/receptions.
- Utilize various systems to execute Talent related functions.
- Anticipate questions and provide/handle various Talent Acquisitions and HR related information and documents.
- Maintain knowledge of employment policies, practices and procedures and obtain correct answers in absence of Talent Acquisition Representative.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalency is required Skills and Capabilities:
- Possess a proficient knowledge of: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Serve as project leader and/or project member as assigned
- Work without close supervision - Demonstrate initiative and must be proactive
- Handle confidential information without compromising content to others
- Prepare written correspondence and reporting as necessary.
- Meet assignment deadlines
- Comfort with all Talent Acquisition systems (e.g. ATS, background check system, etc.)
- Display accuracy in work
