As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be involved in the day-to-day operation, ensuring our agents have the proper and correct support to work efficiently. Your daily tasks will revolve around the recruiting and onboarding process, as well as measuring employee performance and productivity through report generation by using software platforms.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent people skills to work with clients
- Energetic, creative, with the will to go the extra mile
- Knowledge of CRM (preferred)
- Reside in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey
ACTIVITIES
- Using multiple cloud-based software platforms to monitor employee performance, productivity, and daily duties
- HR/Recruiting
- Employee onboarding through online portal
- Compiling reports from several software platforms
- Work closely with management to drive marketing and sales initiatives
