**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy in Mexico. Your responsibilities will include high-volume recruitment, market mapping, pipelining, and advising stakeholders on sourcing strategies. Plus, you'll lead exciting initiatives in employer branding to ensure we stand out in the market.

- End-to-end recruitment processes in Mexico.

- Leading employer branding initiatives for continuous improvement.

The skills we see as critical to succeed in this position:
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT or Tech recruitment preferred.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting channels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience building pipelines and market mapping.
