**JOB OBJETIVE****POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provide talent acquisition advice, consultation, and share best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.- Ensures compliance with day-to-day, local, federal, global Talent Acquisition operations for the assigned locations.- Participates in various networking sessions with industry contacts, associations, trade groups and coworkers to benchmark and identify best practices.Bachelor´s degreeEnglish 90%Three years' experience:- Automotive industry or similar companies- Staff recruitment and selection processes and strategies- Application and interpretation of psychometric tools- KPI's administrationKnowledge- Interview process by competencies- Psychometric tools- Networking and social media sourcing practices- Managing Talent Acquisition process through ERP´s or similar platforms.
