About the roleAs a Specialist in the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be seen as a true expert in your field, able to consistently deliver quality and diverse talent for the organization that builds and strengthens our future talent pipeline in order to position Kerry as the first choice for top talent.
Key responsibilitiesResponsible for recruitment delivery activity, managing salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment process – nurturing close relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates.Drive talent-sourcing strategies to support and build out pipelines for current and future hiring demands for locality.Provide insightful partnership to Hiring Managers.
Collaborate with HRBPs and Functional Leads to gain a deep understanding of Function talent needs.
Work collaboratively with wider GBS teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate/hiring manager contact to offer, preboarding, and onboarding.Champion candidate experience, diversity, inclusion, purpose, and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process.Drive Talent Acquisition SLAs, data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition management, and candidate management for specialist/standard roles by region.Become an 'expert' user of our applicant tracking system Success Factors, ensuring compliance in TA activity across the ATS.Work collaboratively with the wider GBS teams, all relevant COE, and Business Partners to improve processes, engage our Partners, and nurture our Candidate Pipeline.Liaise and partner with external agencies/partners as required.Implement and execute recruitment marketing for just-in-time recruitment.Qualifications and skills3+ years of experience in the E2E Talent Acquisition process, Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology, or similar.Full life cycle recruitment process experience in Mexico and some LATAM countries (Brazil mainly).Experience in manufacturing companies.Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified talent in the market.Solid experience recruiting top talent and understanding how to align talent strategies with business priorities.Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
