Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment support for professional positions. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop the right talent attraction strategy to identify the right internal or external talent.Responsible for reviewing applicants and selecting those candidates that best match the job criteria and who will progress to the next screening phase. The professional recruiter will conduct and coordinate the appropriate selection process that may include phone, face to face or video interviews as well as verbal and written assessments for a wide variety of candidates.This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.Key Responsibilities:Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s).Screens and interviews applicants.Coordinates appropriate employment testing.Extends verbal and written job offers.Follows up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing onboarding forms, notifying the department of the employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.Completes weekly report on employment activity.Requirements:1-3 years of experience.Advanced English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
