**Job Overview**:
**Essential Functions**:
- Collaborates with business unit managers on a regular basis to ensure a full understanding of the job requirements/expectations and business needs for each open position and proactively partners with the managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Supports all aspects of and personally participates in job fairs, campus recruiting and other events to ensure a qualified talent pool.
- Designs and implements an overall recruiting strategy for each location to ensure a qualified diverse workforce.
- Ensures compliance with State, Local and Federal agencies as required.
- Prepares recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /newspaper/colleges/social sites, etc.
- Provides timely follow-up with managers on the recruitment process of open positions and available talent.
- Screens resumes/job applicants.
- Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Supports onboarding strategy/process for each location in coordination with the management/support team members.
- Provides training and development in the areas of interviewing and screening for interviewers. Develops materials as appropriate.
**Required Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) Human Resources Management or equivalent degree
- More than 5 years of proven high-volume recruiting in a manufacturing/production environment
- Prior experience with recruiting for skilled trades positions (maintenance, electrical, tooling, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Advanced English
