Position is available for Mexico City and Guadalajara location.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
You will perform End-to-end recruiting to fill open positions.
You will continually expand your network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.
You'll secure your recrutiment activities provide customized activities for Hiring Managers' operational needs, having a direct impact on operational metrics.
You will build and maintain positive partnerships with clients, internal colleagues, and fellow consultants.
**What you need to be successful**:
More than 3 years proven experience in recruitment strategies, preferably within Customer Care environment.
Previous use of competency assessment tools

Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Understanding of Recruitment 3.0 - online job boards, online CV searches, networking & internet data mining

Strong relationship, presentation, and communication skills, including an advanced understanding of the English language

Bachelor's degree preferred.
