Job Overview TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement, and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet, and print media. The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system, and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum experience of 3 years of progressive responsibility.
• Operational and technical recruiting experience working with High Volume Hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management and interview process management.
• Proficient in the English language (must).
• Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life cycle.
• Self-directed with a high level of initiative and strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong client focus with the ability to interface with and support hiring managers at all levels.
• Exceptional communication skills.
