MezTal is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist at mid to senior level to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their teams' needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify high-quality candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate cultural fit, skills, and potential.Facilitate offer negotiations and close candidates to ensure successful hires.Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a mid-senior level capacity.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Experience in building effective candidate pipelines and networks.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills to assess and improve recruitment strategies.Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in hiring.Advanced English OnlyOpen to hybrid, and located in Guadalajara.Experience with different roles (Financial, IT, Administrative, etc).Benefits:Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN).Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability).12 Days of vacation per year, with prior approval from your manager, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.30 days of Christmas bonus.Cell Phone Reimbursement.Transportation Allowance.
