**What you will do**:
- **Aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for the final hiring decision**:
- **Interface with third-party staffing agencies as required**

Your ability to adapt and adjust the strategy working with the COHRE to refine and implement TA strategies and processes to ultimately incorporate learning into the future strategy.

You are able to problem solve difficult searches and understand the market to help with offer negotiations.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field**:
- **At least 3 years of related recruiting experience.
**:
- **English advanced proficiency**:
- **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
**:
- **Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers**
**Desired Qualifications**
- **Desired experience recruiting for North America and/ or knowledge of US talent market and stakeholder management in the North America region.
**:
- **Previous experience in a search firm / agency.
