Project-Based Recruitment**:- Work closely with project managers to identify staffing needs for specific programs and projects.- Assist the project management team with specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.**2. Vendor Management**:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.- Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards and project requirements.- Know in and out of vendor management tools and systems.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.**3. Data Analyzes**:- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.- Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate recruitment performance and trends to stakeholders.**4. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management**:- Utilize and manage the ATS to streamline recruitment processes.- Ensure data integrity within the ATS and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.**5. Process Optimization and Automation**:- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes through automation and other efficiencies.**6. Company Branding**:- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.- Create engaging content for job postings, social media, and recruitment marketing campaigns.**7. High-Volume Recruitment**:- Manage high-volume recruitment projects, ensuring timely and quality hires.- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.**8. Stakeholder Management**:- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.- Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment activities to hiring managers and leadership**9. Compliance and Risk Management**:- Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.**Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, Vendor Management, Crowdsourcing, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.- Experience with ATS management and implementation of recruitment automation tools.- Strong skills in reporting and visualization of reports.- Knowledge of employer branding and experience in creating recruitment marketing content.- Experience in high-volume recruitment projects.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.**Skills**:- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
