**Job description**In support of CEMEX USA Talent Acquisition Team this position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of white collar positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for contributing to achievement of White Collar hiring goals with an emphasis on filling positions on a timely basis with quality hires.**Main responsibilities**Leads job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer and pre-employment screening process to ensure a strong cultural and fit.Responsible for all recruiting related communication, ensuring messages reach targeted audiences, key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner) are well informed.Proactively engage with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish a common understanding of talent acquisition processes and service level standardsPartner with Human Resources Business partner on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and market trends within the industry.Proactively engage hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on talent submissions and interviews.Meet demands of the business within appropriate time-to-fill metrics.**Required skills**:Academic:- Bachelor's degree preferred Experience:- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisitionKnowledge:Bi-lingual/Bi-Cultural (English/Spanish) requiredSuccess Factors (ATS) experience preferred or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.Critical Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills on both languages (English/Spanish)Knowledge of Behavioral Based Interviewing TechniquesAbility to infuence hiring managers in and ever-changing environment.Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- talent acquisitions: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
