No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**This role is responsible of executing the end to end external recruitment process for L04 - L07 open positions for the US (PepsiCo Beverages North America / PepsiCo Foods North America, Global Groups and Functions) aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.**Your Impact**As Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of- Exectue end to end external recruitment process:- Facilitation of Hiring Manager kick-off meeting to align the process, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and profile requirements.- Trigger external posting- Collect post-interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.- Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) to generate the offer letter. Obtain TR and HR approvals when needed.- Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, Mexico Business Services (MBS) and Hyderabad Business Services (HBS) teams in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.- Leverage talent insights from the external market to present clear data, tendencies and challenges to Hiring Managers, as well as proposed talent solutions.Qualifications:**¿Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachlor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related fields- 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience, which may include TA Analyst, HR, Recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among others- Proven work experience as a talent sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques (e.G
