Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Direct Labor)

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Mentor and lead a talent acquisition team of recruiters
- Manage relationships with business leaders and hiring managers across the organization
- Manage and leverage relationships with universities, and search firms
- Project Manage large
- and small-scale hiring initiatives with critical timelines
- Lead efforts to create a consistent, data-driven recruitment process
- Provide expertise on technology systems and functions
- Manage and document process changes, update process maps as well as systems, and communicate changes to the team.
- Ensure recruitment metrics such as diversity and client satisfaction are met/exceeded
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous leadership experience
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Direct Labor experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work in a team environment both virtually and in multiple on-site locations
