**Job Description**:
You will develop reports and facilitates presentations to functional and HR leadership teams.
- You will coach and develop staff on strategic initiatives, career development and performance management.
- You will analyze market data to craft efficient strategies to drive your team.
- You will provide thought leadership and change management to various business functions.
- You will plan, execute and launch initiatives to strict deadlines and budgets.
- You will deliver extraordinary "high touch" customer service to assigned functions including HR, managers and company leaders.
- You will see opportunities to standardize and improve processes.
- You will build and lead training sessions.
- You will handle, assess and adjust strategies of outsourced vendors and service level agreements.

Bachelor's Degree
Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
English Level: Intermediate
