During this one-year program, you will learn and gain experience in the industry, with the possibility of a full time position with us!**Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee****Members of this trainee program will be working directly with our iTJuana Team!**- **You can release your professional practices, social service, or residency with us.**_- **We are partnered with UABC, UTT, ITT, CETYS and CESUN**_**Requirements**:- Studying last year of university or recently gratuated- Conversational or advanced English level- Good grades/GPA- Availability of 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday)- Motivated to learn and work on a corporate environment- **Student must be located in Tijuana, Mexico****We offer the following benefits**- 100% payroll scheme - Base salary $12,083 MXN Monthly- Indexed base salary- 20 days - Christmas bonus- 12 vacation days- Personal days- 11% (cap) of food coupons- 30% prima vacacional**Salary**: $10,000.00 per month**Language**:- english (intermediate or advanced) (required)Work Location: One location
