Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every role is vital, and every difference builds a healthier world.If you are data driven and analytical, with a curious mindset, consider joining our team as a Talent Analytics Analyst working with various members of our global team to problem solve and tell stories using data helping propel our business forward.As a member of the Talent Analytics Team, you will specialize in data, analysis, and visualization tools to inform of and unlock challenges, along with providing business as usual metrics that will enhance delivery to the business through consulting and data sciences.
**Responsibilities**- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.- Provide analytics and consulting support to the business and HR teams, enabling the development of action plans that support the strategic direction of the business by identifying current and future gaps in talent capacity, capability, cost, or organization structure & culture.- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data requirements and ensure alignment on reporting strategy.- Develop, maintain, and provide insights from data-driven dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.- Consulting with stakeholders to design reporting structures.- Analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of key strategies and initiatives.- Provide regular reports to leadership and offer data-driven recommendations increasing efficiency and quality.- Resolves issues within established procedures, requiring knowledge and judgment.
Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.- Engage with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Solutions, Early Talent.
**Qualifications**- Bachelors Degree completed.- At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources & Planning and Analytics.- Proven analytical experience in Human Resources that involved the creation of metrics and reporting.- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and general experience in Microsoft suite.- Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other data visualization tools.- High fluency in English is a must.GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion is essential.
