The T&L Project management role operates within the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications team, which is dedicated to aligning T&L's vision with a strategic plan.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic and tactical support in the executive talent management space, aligning with the vision and strategic plan of the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications organization.
- Project manage executive talent management processes and activities across L1 organizations and for ELT/CEO/board talent reviews, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Executive Solutions team to enhance client experiences and improve business outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify T&L processes, provide timely support, and deliver meaningful solutions.
- Execute tasks with a high level of responsiveness, prioritizing and organizing work effectively, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Anticipate the needs of talent consultants and L1 PPs autonomously, providing proactive support and collaboration.
- Work closely with talent consultants and the CEEDs team to develop and execute talent presentation strategies, preparing materials to support client engagements.
- Generate internal and client-facing reports to track the impact and state of talent health, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
**Skills and knowledge**:
- Strong Project Management Experience (Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel and project management tools)
- Proficiency in preparing Senior Leader Presentations
- Talent Management Experience and familiarity with talent/learning tools (or ability to quickly learn)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.

**Experience and Education**:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in training, presentation, facilitation, consulting, project management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
