.The T&L Project management role operates within the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications team, which is dedicated to aligning T&L's vision with a strategic plan.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide strategic and tactical support in the executive talent management space, aligning with the vision and strategic plan of the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications organization.- Project manage executive talent management processes and activities across L1 organizations and for ELT/CEO/board talent reviews, ensuring timely and effective execution.- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Executive Solutions team to enhance client experiences and improve business outcomes.- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify T&L processes, provide timely support, and deliver meaningful solutions.- Execute tasks with a high level of responsiveness, prioritizing and organizing work effectively, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Anticipate the needs of talent consultants and L1 PPs autonomously, providing proactive support and collaboration.- Work closely with talent consultants and the CEEDs team to develop and execute talent presentation strategies, preparing materials to support client engagements.- Generate internal and client-facing reports to track the impact and state of talent health, facilitating data-driven decision-making.**Skills and knowledge**:- Strong Project Management Experience (Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel and project management tools)- Proficiency in preparing Senior Leader Presentations- Talent Management Experience and familiarity with talent/learning tools (or ability to quickly learn)- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving.**Power Skills**:- Integrity and accountability: Ability work independently and with follow through- Collaboration: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.- Adaptation: Modifies their approach to achieve a goal.
