**The Role**:
Would you like to join our Sourcing Academy? You'll get the training to join our Talent Acquisition Team supporting one of our Financial Services Clients.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Familiar with Microsoft office products
- Ability to work out of our Monterrey Office (5 days a week, moving to 4 once your training is complete)
- Willingness to learn in a Sourcing Role
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
