Talent Attraction And D&I Intern 1

**Objective**Responsible for communication between TA and D&I and other departments and key stakeholders by supporting the follow up of key projects, data analysis and results reports.
**Main Responsibilities**- Supports analyzes, and follows up on key projects for Talent Attraction and D&I- Help to deliver initiatives that will help Nemak become a fairer, more-equitable environment for all employees.
**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology or Communications- Strong listening and communication skills.- English Advanced- Experience in D&I, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding or HR Systems desired.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
