The Recruitment Manager will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent who embody the highest standards of hospitality. This position will lead the full recruitment cycle, develop talent pipelines, and implement innovative hiring strategies to ensure our hotel maintains its reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and managerial positions.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.Partner with luxury hospitality schools and industry networks to build talent pipelines.Ensure all hires align with the hotel's brand values and service excellence standards.Employer BrandingPromote the hotel as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities.Develop creative marketing campaigns and participate in career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to attract top-tier talent.Build relationships with key recruitment channels and agencies to enhance reach.Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with local labor laws, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and company policies throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate monthly/quarterly recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality or related industries.Proven track record of successfully hiring for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment branding strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Advanced English C1.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools/platforms.A keen eye for talent and the ability to assess cultural fit.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
