Design and carry out job-related training and development programs to improve individual skills in organizational performance.

Actively participates in setting annual objectives and KPIs for each area,

Ensure compliance with all regulations, training all personnel and monitoring compliance

Detection of Training Needs

Conduct surveys in the organizations.

Elaborate didactic materials.

Coordinate training activities.

Train staff to improve job skills.

Evaluate the effectiveness of personnel policies or practices.

Evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials.

Coordinating overall training logistics.

Course attendance control and ABRHIL registration.

Course attendance control and record keeping ARCHIVE.

Corporate Training Reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, HR related certificate.
- 3 years of previous experience in the position in luxury hotels.
- Experience at corporate level or managing multiple properties.
- In-depth knowledge of LQA, Forbes, in ultra-luxury segment.
- Proficient in reading and writing Spanish and English 80% spoken and written.
- Availability to travel.
