**Objective**
Partner with site operations to develop new learning and development programs and processes using a strategic approach.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop the Americas Functions Annual Training Plan. Consolidate the business needs and the plant specifics, including legal compliance, in a single document.
- Annual Training Plan execution: logistics management (training rooms, drinks/snacks, attendance list, invitation and learning history in LMS). Follow-up to the Annual Training Plan compliance.
- Support regional onboarding implementation in each plant including customization of material per plant with the help of technical experts (quality, process, HSE, and HR)
- Ensure the salary competency through academies, and additional training required.
- Approve or decline the Training Request workflow according the learning requirements per position and/or area.
- Receive internal and external audits regarding quality, HSE and/or others. Demonstrate compliance to the pertaining methods.

**Requirements**:
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
