Leads development and implementation of talent management solutions for target audiences. Aligns the business goals strategies with the appropriate balance of talent resources. Creates and facilitates workshops and courses for specific developmental needs of the business. Demonstrates their network and builds recruiting strategies to bring top talents to the organization. Applies leadership capabilities to develop strategic partnerships internally and externally, partnering with internal clients and HR colleagues to develop best-in-class talent identification strategies that will enable DHL Express to attract, land, and retain top professional-level talent.
