- _Support Innovation: Identify how technology can support on Talent Development processes_

**Main Responsibilities**

Projects:

- Evaluation and Documentation of processes
- Information analysis and reporting
- Process monitoring and follow-up with the regional leaders

**Position Requirements**

Education required: college student

Career and skills desired: HR, Administration, organizational psychology

**Skills**:Organization and attention to detail

Active listening

Communication

Microsoft Office (Success factors desired)

Customer orientation
- Interpersonal skills

Language: English

Previous experience in HR (desirable)
