**About the role**:
As a Specialist in the Talent Development Section of the Global Business Centre, you will be seen as a true expert in your field to deliver talent development activity globally for the regions and working with the Learning, Leadership & Talent COE.
You will have a strong focus on early careers talent development activity, talent and career development, support for annual talent & career Reviews, data insights reporting and analytics.
**Key responsibilities**:
Learn and understand the talent assessment matrix knowing what assessments are used for what situations and for which employee levels
Provide feedback and development reports to early career talent
Annual Talent Review
Produce insight reports on key metrics at the end of the process.
Prepare presentations and other communications to communicate talent outcomes and insights.
Support the COE & HRBPs on the management of Talent Pools, supporting preparation for quarterly review meetings
Set up and deliver training to Kerry ambassadors attending career fairs to attract graduates to Kerry
Set up and deliver training to assessors working on graduate assessment centers
Attend, facilitate and sometimes act as an assessor at assessment centers
Provide reports containing output of survey results relating to the graduate program
Facilitate onboarding training to graduates joining the global graduate program and to their people managers
Deliver mentor training to Graduate mentors and buddys.
Produce materials, invitations, project plans, timelines and high level communications material
Support the design, development, rollout and delivery of talent and learning solutions, Talent Development, Career Development and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging activity
Support the maintenance of career frameworks and upskilling employees and people leaders on using them as part of career development
Produce quarterly and annual updates on Talent Pools, make up, progress updates and KPIs
**Qualifications and skills**:
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in HR and Talent advisory/ specialist, learning and development roles
Psychology/business psychology degree
Facilitation, training delivery and evaluation experience
High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.
