Responsibilities Experience in designing Learning Programs, manage Project Plans. Prior Training experience (Proven work experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, Training Facilitator, Course design, or similar role). Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation. Excellent knowledge of labor law and relevant legislation (STPS Regulations, NOM 035, ISO Requirements). Thorough business understanding Ability to develop creative and innovative talent development strategies. Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate and project setting. Bachelor's or University Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Design, Management, Master's degree in training and development, Human Resources, or a related field. (desirable) 8+ years relevant/technical work experience. Proficient in MS Office. SIRCE Platform (desirable) Experience with E-learning platforms (desirable) Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage several programs or projects at the same time.
