We work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process, while upholding The LEGO Group's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.Assist in screening and coordinating interviews for candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Contribute to employer branding initiatives and projects.Create and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Power BI.Provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.What we're looking forWe're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:Education: Currently in the 6th semester or above, studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English.Passionate about building relationships and working collaboratively in a team.How to ApplyFor a smoother application process, use Google Chrome and submit your CV in PDF format.Join our Talent Acquisition team and help us build the future at The LEGO Group!Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
