Talent Management Lead

Your JobThe Talent Management Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring the effective execution of talent management programs, with a focus on soft skills development for the Molex Guadalajara Sur site in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco.Our TeamThis position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and will collaborate closely with the Business HR team and business leaders.What You Will DoIn this role, you will work closely with plant leadership and HR to identify and develop the capabilities necessary to support operational excellence and strategic growth.
By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, the Talent Management Lead will ensure that the plant's workforce is equipped with the skills and competencies needed to meet current and future business demands.
You will have the opportunity to drive transformation and implement development projects and change management initiatives in one of Molex's most automated plants.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Proven experience in a manufacturing environment in Talent Management roles, with a focus on both direct and indirect labor positions.Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness through problem-solving techniques.Strong capability to engage with employees (both direct and indirect labor) to support change management and talent management strategies with a results-driven approach.Fluency in English.What Will Put You AheadKnowledge and proven experience in change management, particularly with significant organizational change projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
