The Talent Management Leader is a key member of the Americas Talent Management team. Responsibilities encompass co-designing and implementing the Talent Management strategy for the region, aligning with Global Talent Management guidelines. The role involves leading and operating development programs aimed at providing employees with the skills and tools necessary for their role growth and contributing to the overall company success.

Key Talent Management activities include leadership development programs, career conversations, and development plans, talent reviews, succession planning, goal setting, performance reviews, as well as supporting engagement and learning activities across the region. This position serves as a trusted partner to HR Managers in the region for these processes.

Success in this role necessitates a robust business acumen, effective collaboration and influencing skills, and a general working knowledge of learning and development best practices to foster a skilled workforce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate across the organization to deliver an integrated approach to development. Coach HR and business leaders in the use of talent management processes and data analytics.
- Prepare and implement individual and organizational talent strategies and programs aligned with business needs.
- Deploy various development programs companywide, including mentoring, coaching, job-shadowing, rotations, among others.
- Monitor the success of development plans and assist employees in maximizing learning opportunities, ensuring IDPs are in place for a pipeline of talented employees for critical roles.
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing and succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Implement a data-driven decision-making philosophy across the team, enabled by the consistent use of metrics.
- Lead the design and improvement of Talent processes. Partner with other regional talent team members to ensure sound change management and implementation.
- Support the Engagement Survey process, taking the lead in following up on action plans in the region.
- Support the deployment of the regional leadership development curriculum and programs to build top-performing leaders and integrate this with external market best practices.
- Lead and support the Talent Management Cycle activities.
- Coordinate regular follow-ups with regional/local TM partners to share frameworks, best practices, and ensure alignment and resource effectiveness across the region.
- Provide recommendations on new technologies, methodologies, and practices in Talent Management.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business administration, psychology or social sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in HR leadership roles, with an emphasis in talent management, acquisition and/or talent and organizational development.
- Minimum of 1 year' experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success in a high volume, fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Experience in leadership development processes including competency/capability model development, talent assessment, learning tools and change management.
- An enthusiastic, high-energy leader with well-developed influencing skills with the confidence and ability to work at all levels of the organization.
