.Join our TeamAbout this opportunity!As Talent Management Lead for the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Europe and Latin America, this exciting role will be the catalyst for shaping Ericsson's talent strategy across these regions. Your day-to-day will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing our talent management practices. You'll partner with regional HR and business leaders to drive initiatives that align with Ericsson's strategic goals, ensuring a high-performing and engaged employee population.What you will do:Talent Strategy Development: Develop regional talent management strategies that align with global priorities and address the specific needs of the Europe and Latin America markets.Performance Management: Ensuring alignment with business goals, drive the adoption of continuous feedback, goal-setting, and performance review practices.Succession Planning: Establish and manage processes to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization. Ensure robust pipelines for key roles and critical positions.Leadership Development: Design and implement impactful learning experiences that are tailored to the needs of regional leaders in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote and integrate DEI principles into all talent management initiatives, reflecting Ericsson's commitment to diversity.Talent Analytics: Utilize data to monitor the effectiveness of talent management initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and other Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and integration of talent management initiatives across the business.Change Management: Be a driver of change, using your influencing skills to ensure the smooth adoption and integration of change efforts.Best Practices and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent management. Innovate and implement new approaches to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.The skills you bring:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.G., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.Experience: 7-10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development or HR strategy, preferably across Europe and/or Latin America markets.Skills:Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent management solutions.Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to Europe or Latin America (e.G., Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
