.Location:- MX_Tijuana_Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz 243- Job Family:- Human Resources- Worker Type Reference:- Regular - Permanent- Pay Rate Type:- Salary- JOB ID:- R-38167-2024**Description & Requirements**:**About the Role**Manages training certification process for the lines that have been assigned.**Your Team**Talent Management Analyst**What You** Will **Do**- Coordinate the onboarding process for all the all employees- Provides induction to new employees about the production process of the area.- Supports in the detection of training needs.- Supports in the design and preparation of material for training courses.- Maintains records of all the personnel that has been train and inputs the information into the Training System.- Performs audits to personnel to ensure that they are following the standard procedures and the knowledge acquired in training.- Supervise Technical Trainers.- Overview the certification program for the associates (DL & IDL)- Inputs information into the Training Data base regarding the courses and training taken by the associates into the Training System.- Develops and implements evaluations of trainers and training courses.- Elaborates diplomas and training certificates- Maintain human resource training records.- Coordinate and support the development of employee engagement initiatives and strategies- Coordinate to successfully develop and deliver programs aligned with the business needs and the overall Talent Management strategy- Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management initiatives- Coordinate the deployment of these programs including managing class schedules, confirming attendees, sending out and aggregating course feedback, overseeing timelines, communications, and documentation, etc- Coordinate logistics (purchase orders, registrations, attendee lists, communications, production of materials, ) of learning programs and activities- Support HRMs in Succession Planning, provide transparency, educate on process and method for local succession reviews- Collaborate with Talent Management team, managers, to review the JDs (job descriptions) and training needs- Collaborate with business partners and leaders to design and implement Talent Management Plans -this may include succession plans, leadership and individual development planning, short and long-term strategic org design- Coordinate the safety annual plan- Manage the administration of the educational agreements**What You Need**- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, industrial Psychology or related field.- At least 3 years of previous experience in the manufacturing environment.- 1 year of prior experience in-group facilitation.- 1 year of prior experience in training processes.**What is **Nice to** Have**- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.- Communication Skills (Oral and Written)- Initiative.- Problem solving.- Achievement oriented
