You will play a crucial part in deploying cutting-edge technology and solutions across a range of initiatives, including Performance & Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Surveys, Culture & Engagement, Organizational Modeling, and more.As part of our Talent Management processes, you will ensure that all implemented solutions meet business requirements while aligning with PepsiCo's global standards. You'll work closely with local sector and country solutions, collaborating under the guidance of a People Experience & Ops Manager, while enjoying the autonomy to organize and deliver your work effectively.Your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, combined with your experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and talent management, will be essential in driving operational excellence.Your ImpactIn your role as a Global Systems & Platforms expert, you will:Enhance Existing Systems: Make strategic recommendations on platforms like SuccessFactors, Gloat, and OrgVue to improve processes and drive efficiency.Configuration Management: Execute baseline configuration updates and support necessary updates with each application release.Identify New Functionalities: Discover and implement new features to enhance system capabilities.Engagement and Collaboration: Participate in User Council sessions and build strong relationships with Learning Tech Admin teams.Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguous situations with ease, anticipating issues and escalating when necessary.Holistic Management: Keep a big-picture perspective while managing day-to-day tasks and long-term objectives.Implement Solutions: Deliver new solutions aligned with Talent Management business needs and digital strategy
